Who We See in Durango
Durango’s economy runs on tourism, outdoor recreation, healthcare and Fort Lewis College. Many of our patients are river and ski guides, resort and restaurant staff, and others whose work swings with the seasons. Busy summers and winters, quieter shoulder seasons and high housing costs bring their own stress. Short video follow-ups fit around shifts and don’t require a drive over a pass.
We also see Fort Lewis College students, healthcare and school staff, and families in Bayfield, Ignacio and across the Four Corners. Because we’re licensed in New Mexico too, people who live in Durango and work in Farmington, or the reverse, can be seen from either side of the line. Long winters at altitude make seasonal mood changes and sleep problems common reasons to book.

- Anxiety and panic attacks
- Depression, including postpartum depression
